Returns and Exchanges

There is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be unworn/unused.

To start a return please email your return request to or fill in the contact form. You'll be sent instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and email or fill in the contact form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that the issue can be evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalised items are non-refundable unless there is a fault with the item.

You will notified once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
